Lino Block Printing - Print Making Series I
Our teacher Beth Barrett will guide you step by step through each process, from design, carving and printing, to the finished product during the 3 week class.

Screen Printing - Print Making Series II
This is a one day workshop with Bec Lewis, known for her screen printed houses and tea towels and a resdient of the Golebys Basement studios. You be guided to bring your simple designs to life in a busy but fun morning.

Collograph and Mono Printing - Print Making Series III
This is a sometimes over looked process and in short we create a print using collage and print making techniques. Ove the 3 weeks Kate Roberts will show you these and have some fun with mono prints using a gel plate.

Etching - Print Making Series IV
This print making process is one of the older and very traditional methods utilizing etched copper plates. Kate Roberts will take you step by step from the plate preparation to the end print. Please note that there will be strict studio guidlines during this workshop as we will be handling chemicals.

Water Colour
This 4-week course will openthe door on the elusive techniques needed to enjoy watercolour. Our small classes are suitable for absolute beginners as well as those wishing to take their watercolour to a new level.

Acrylics are the most versatile and forgiving painting medium, learn what they can do in this 4-week introduction, You will learn some basic techniques and exerices before luanching onto your first canvas.

Silver Smithing Classes

Beginner (Wednesday)
This is an introduction to silver smithing, covering the basics through demonstration and practical hands on. Several projects including earrings, ring and pendant will all be covered by each student.

BRING: You will need to purchase your silver as required (each lesson), use of the workshop consumables included. Closed in shoes are a must and no loose or flowing clothing.

This is an ongoing class. This class is for those students who have completed the beginners class to move on with their own projects and increasing skill level and learning new methods as projects require.
